At Celebrity Laser Spa we do our best to be flexible and accommodate you in the best manner possible; however, we have certain policies that we’d be grateful if you took a moment to read over.
As we are a medical facility and require medical background information and consent forms prior to treatment, we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. A credit or debit card is required to hold your appointment if you are a new patient.
Parking is available through the valet service at 11661 San Vicente. Validation for the first 45 minutes is available until 530 pm on weekdays. There is a flat $2.75 charge with validation for patients who arrive after 530 or on Saturdays.
Children and Pets
Children and pets are not permitted in treatment rooms and cannot be supervised by our staff while their caregivers are receiving treatment. Therefore, if you bring children or pets with you to your appointment, please bring another adult to supervise them.
We do ask that all that payments be made in full prior to each service. We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, financing (Carecredit, Mymedicalloan) cash or check. If you are a member of ITEX, we do accept ITEX for most services.
Low Price Guarantee
The low price guarantee excludes esthetician services. To qualify, please bring a valid written price quote or coupon from the service provider.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice and current prices and specials may not necessarily be reflected on this website. Not all available services are described on the website. We also reserve the right to set individual prices on a case by case basis under special circumstances.
There are no refunds for any product or service once payment has been made.
Your privacy is one of our primary concerns at CLS. Your personal information is kept secure and not shared with anyone outside our practice without your permission. As a medical spa that does not submit electronic invoices to third party payors, CLS is not a “covered entity” per HIPAA regulations.
We do feel that everyone should have the opportunity to look and feel their best regardless of their financial situation, and so financing plans are available. If you are interested in a financing plan please let our office manager know. More information is available on our financing page.
We understand emergencies do arise; however, we require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule treatments and/or procedures. A cancellation fee will apply if your treatment/procedure is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. “No Shows” will be billed a no-show fee. For a 15-30 minute appointment these fees are $100, for a 45-60 minute $200, and for 75-90 minute $300.
Complimentary consultations are offered and subject to the 24 hour cancellation policy. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out necessary forms.
