At Celebrity Laser Spa we strive to accommodate our patients in the best manner possible; therefore, we have certain policies in place to help our office run smoothly. Please take a moment to read these policies below prior to your appointment and contact us if you have any questions. Thank you!

Appointment Policy
We are a doctor’s office that requires medical and consent forms to be completed by all patients. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow time to complete the necessary forms.

For the benefit of all patients and to keep our schedule running on time, we are unable to hold your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. Our staff may contact you via phone or email to confirm your appointment.

A credit or debit card is required to hold an appointment (see Cancellation Policy).

Cancellation Policy
We understand emergencies do arise; however, we require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A fee will be applied to your credit/debit card on file if your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or if you “No Show” for your appointment. Please call for current no show/late cancel fees.

Parking
There are meters on the street, but we recommend valet parking in our building, “Brentwood Square” at 11661 San Vicente Blvd, 90049. We can provide our patients with a validation sticker, which allows for 45 minutes free valet parking (patient is responsible for any charges above 45 minutes). Check with Brentwood Square for current parking rates.

Children and Pets
We love animals, but due to health regulations, we can not allow them in our office (including service dogs). Also, due to safety concerns, children and pets are not permitted in treatment rooms and cannot be supervised by our staff while patients are receiving treatment.

Payment Policy
We do require that all that payments be made in full prior to each service. We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, financing (Care Credit) cash or check.

Low Price Guarantee
In many cases we will match a local competitor’s price on the same service or honor a local competitor’s coupon. To qualify for our low price guarantee, please present valid, written price quote or coupon from the other service provider. Certain exclusions apply, please call for details.

Pricing Policy
Please call for current prices. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Current prices and specials may not necessarily be reflected on this website. Not all available services are described on the website. We also reserve the right to set individual prices on a case by case basis under special circumstances.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds for any product or service once payment has been made and/or service performed.

Right to Refuse Service   

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.    

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. All patient information, including email address and medical records, are kept secure and not shared with anyone outside our practice.

Payment Plans
Financing plans are available through Care Credit. If you are interested in a financing plan please let our staff know and we can help you through the application process. More information is available on our financing page.

Consultation Appointments
Consultations are subject to the 24 hour cancellation policy. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment time to fill out necessary forms.  Consultations are subject to a $100 fee at the time of booking, which may be used towards a treatment at CLS.
